You must enter a valid name, email address, password and PIN (property identification number). You will receive email confirmation of registration. NOTE: Your PIN will be located on your annual appraisal notice.
If not automatically populated enter the filing name, address and phone number(s). If needed enter the property description, property ID and if available, the mobile home ID number.
Select (check) the reason for the protest (multiple reasons may be checked).
Describe the reasons why you’re protesting and upload any evidence. If attaching files for evidence, when choosing a file, you may only select a single file to upload at a time; more files may be added after each successful upload (25mb max file size).

Select if you’d like to receive a copy of the hearing procedures and electronically sign, date and submit the protest. You will receive email confirmation of submission and notification of any updates to your protest. At any point in the process you may return to a previous step by either selecting the “previous step” button or clicking on the step link at the top of the page(i.e. Step 1 – Personal Info).
Once the protest has been submitted you can login to view or add comments, view or download the protest and download a printable version of the protest forum correspondence between the appraiser and the taxpayer.
Once a settlement has been reached you’ll see the Settlement and Waiver link available, electronically sign and date the settlement and submit or you may choose to decline. If accepted you will receive email confirmation of closure.
